Some of our pieces are ready to ship, while others are made to order or personalised, resulting in varied processing times.
Here’s how, visit any product page and find the Estimated delivery date above the add to If you’ve already completed a purchase, open your Order Confirmation email and click on the “View your order” button to see the status of each item in your order, along with an estimated delivery date.
Right now, we offer free standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days. Some orders (depending on order contents or your region) may be eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping takes 2-4 and is available at an additional cost on request. Estimated shipping time frames are calculated based on average shipping times. The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact info@beccybe.com.
Return and Refund Policy
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order preparation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience.
Non-personalized Returns
At BeccyBe, we strive to deliver inspiration and happiness with each and every order. If you are not happy with any non-personalized item you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not support international returns at this time. All international orders are final sale.
Personalised Returns
Due to the customised nature of personalised items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalised jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost.
Of course, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalised item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team (info@beccybe.com) and we will work with you to make things right.
*Please note that once you order a personalised item we begin working on it right away so we cannot accept cancellations of personalised orders.
Return/Exchange Instructions
To submit a refund, store credit or exchange request, please email info@beccybe.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at info@beccybe.com
If you’d like to exchange one item in normal condition for another item, please email info@beccybe.com.
Shipping
For any approved returns, you will be responsible for the cost. If you request an exchange or store credit there will be no fee for the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please be sure to keep the tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or returned packages. We recommend that you insure and track your package for the full value of the contents.
